Return & Refund Policy – Wow Cosmetic Boxes

Thank you for choosing Wow Cosmetic Boxes. We value your business and want you to be fully informed about our return and refund procedures.


Custom Printed Orders – No Returns

Due to the nature of custom printing, all custom printed boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Each order is printed as per the customer’s approved design proof. We strongly encourage you to double-check all files, content, and specifications before final approval.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Please provide photographs of the defect/damage via email at matt@wowcosmeticboxes.com.
  • We will either reprint your order or issue store credit depending on the issue.

Note: Wow Cosmetic Boxes is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of payment if printing has not begun.

After this time, cancellation is not guaranteed and any refund will be subject to costs already incurred (e.g., design, setup, or production).


File & Color Responsibility

Wow Cosmetic Boxes is not responsible for:

  • Color shifts or variations due to file settings or monitor differences
  • Typographic errors submitted in final artwork
  • Low-resolution images uploaded by the customer

We recommend submitting vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with CMYK colors and outlined fonts.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via third-party couriers. Once the order has left our facility, Wow Cosmetic Boxes is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. However, we’ll help file claims when applicable.

Customers are responsible for paying re-shipping fees if a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information.
